Mix together the flour, baking powder and grated pear.
In a separate bowl whisk together the banana, egg, butter, cashew milk and maple syrup.
Add the wet mix to the flour and stir till it is all combined.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for approx 35-40 mins (skewer entered into the centre should come out clear).
Slice in half and top with spread of your choice.
