Porridge and Raisin Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oats can use gluten free
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp raisins or sultanas or other mix in of choice
  • 2 tbsp milk can use dairy free

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, water and raisins to a bowl and mix
  • Microwave for 1.5 mins until liquid is absorbed
  • or cook in a saucepan till liquid is absorbed
  • add milk and stir 
  • Leave for 5 mins to thicken slightly
  • roll into balls and serve
