No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Rice Krispie Bites

This recipe is gluten free, egg free, and vegetarian friendly
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1.5 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 2-3 tbs chocolate chips
Place peanut butter in a bowl and microwave at 10 sec intervals until runny.
Add to a bowl with Rice Krispies, maple syrup and chocolate chips and mix till all combined.
Roll into balls of desired size, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pop in the freezer until firm.
