Green Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup /60ml of oats can use gluten free
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 tbs of coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats to a food processor and blitz until fine.
  • Add the baking powder and mix to combine
  • Add the banana, egg, spinach and coconut milk to a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Fold the mixture into the oats until all combined
  • Heat a skillet over a medium heat, grease with oil of choice
  • And ladle the batter to desired pancake side.
  • As little bubble begin to appear on the top carefully flip over.
  • Serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

These are dairy free, when omitting the butter on top.
