Ingredients
1/4
cup
/60ml of oats
can use gluten free
1
small ripe banana
1
egg
handful of spinach
1
tbs
of coconut milk
1/4
tsp
of baking powder
Instructions
Add the oats to a food processor and blitz until fine.
Add the baking powder and mix to combine
Add the banana, egg, spinach and coconut milk to a blender and blend till smooth.
Fold the mixture into the oats until all combined
Heat a skillet over a medium heat, grease with oil of choice
And ladle the batter to desired pancake side.
As little bubble begin to appear on the top carefully flip over.
Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
These are dairy free, when omitting the butter on top.
