My little one absolutely loves this. She can spend ages sucking all the cream cheese of the broccoli and then of course eats the broccoli too. It is so quick and easy to make too.

Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

Serves 1

Ingredients

couple of broccoli florets
2 heaped tablespoons of cream cheese
little grating of cheddar cheese

Directions

Steam the broccoli over some boiling hot water until just tender.

Add the cream cheese to a small sauce with a tiny bit of the broccoli water and whisk until you have a smooth sauce.

Add the grated cheese and continue to whisk until cheese has melted into sauce.

Pour the sauce over the broccoli and mix to thoroughly coat.

Serve and watch you little one enjoy
