What’s in my lunch box?

This morning was a bit hectic and I wasn’t really organized at all, but that is one thing I love about the yumbox, when you are having one of those brain fogged moments, the little labelled compartments really help you to quickly throw a few things together for a balanced lunch. I was supposed to boil some eggs the night before, as my kids had requested eggs, but totally forgot. So quickly whisked up some eggs and made thin omelettes which I rolled up into a wrap for them. They must of been a hit as both came home with their yumbox totally cleared.

In today’s lunch is:

  • Omelette wrap
  • 12 grain crackers
  • Cheddar and Ham
  • Blueberries and Apple (tossed in some lime juice to stop it from going brown)
  • Yogurt with sprinkles
  • Penguin fruit bites
