Homemade baked chicken and vegetable spring roll (I use egg roll wrappers which I fill with chicken, shredded veg and sprouts that is sauteed in oil, a little low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos and black pepper, I then roll them up and bake in the oven till golden on a parchment lined tray)
Banana pancakes with syrup
Cucumber
Cheese and grapes
Banana
Fruit/veggie sauce
